PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Company by means of IT / telematic tools for purposes strictly necessary for the consultation of the www.alicost.it site as well as for purposes connected and / or instrumental to the consultation itself.
Any personal data provided by users who send requests by sending messages to the Company’s contact addresses or by filling in the contact forms on the Company’s website, are used only to provide the necessary answers.
The processing of data will take place by means of tools and with methods designed to ensure the confidentiality and security of data, in compliance with what is defined by the Regulation and in compliance with the relevant national legislation in force. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes does not require consent as necessary to allow consultation of the site www.alicost.it
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

The navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (except for any need to investigate crimes by the Judicial Authority).
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Company, as well as the compilation and submission of the forms present on the Company’s website, entail the acquisition of the contact details of the sender, necessary to answer, and of all personal data included in communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems
No cookies are used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.
Instead, session cookies are used (not persistent) in a manner strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient site navigation. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Interested parties have the right to obtain from the Company, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulations). Requests can be submitted by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
Interested parties who consider that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to take the appropriate judicial seats (art. 79 of the Regulation).
