Alicost, on its fast units, offers solutions and assistance during boarding and disembarkation for users with reduced mobility.
Passengers who need assistance for boarding must communicate this during the booking phase, contacting the Call center 089871483 to find out the availability of suitable accommodation and / or ease of access on board; they are also required to show up for boarding at least an hour in advance, highlighting said need to the dock and / or on-board staff in order to allow any assistance during boarding and disembarking operations.
