Can I sell the ticket to third parties?

Even if in some journeys the ticket does not specify any personal details of the passenger, it cannot be transferred to third parties.

Is there a single ticket that allows me to get on and off at any port during the journey?


The ticket is valid only for the journey indicated in it, it is not possible to interrupt the journey in the intermediate ports and to continue later with the same ticket; instead, it will be necessary to get a new ticket.

Can I bring animals?

It is allowed to board pets subject to notice when purchasing the ticket. Conditions in the Guidelines

Are there conventions?

There are no conventions of any kind.

How long before?

Show up for boarding at least 15 min. before departure with an identification document

Can I bring luggage?

A free baggage with a size of 50x35x20 is allowed. An additional fee will be applied for the extra ones.

Do children pay?

There is no charge for children under the age of 3, the discount applies to the age group between 3 and 12 years.

Boarding for disabled people?

The passengers with reduced mobility should show up for boarding before anyone else.

What should I do if my race is canceled?

If the carrier is forced to cancel the journey, it is possible to request a refund using the form on our site.
